Self-Leadership 1-2-3 Program

This has structured material accessible via an eLearning center to supplement the developmental and process work done in sessions. The program has a three-step process:

  • Clarity of Purpose
  • Active Mindfulness to identify the events and situations that triggers their biases and then
  • Remodeling by turning on the cognitive switches in the brain to activate their best ways of thinking. Note, this is not about fixing the biases – it is getting them to Be More of the attributes required to fulfil their role and purpose and Be Less of the attributes that hinder their effectiveness.

Clients are always reminded that this is more than an academic program and is indeed deep and transformative work to “Know Yourself, Accept Yourself, Grow Yourself, Give Yourself to Something Greater Than Yourself.” The end result is that the client and their team can BE the Best leaders they can be, Leading the best team, Driving the best organization, and Living their best life.

In the introductory session we will go through your report and how you can use the report supplied to engage your cognitive asset and then answer the Central Question in life, at work and in relationships “What choice can I make, and action can I take, in this moment, to create the greatest net value?” This will begin the shift to becoming more Valuegenic
