Debbie, as she prefers to be called, is a chartered certified accountant, entrepreneur, trained facilitator, experienced learning and development coordinator, mentor, coach, and former lecturer at a local accountancy college and has served on the Board of several NGOs in Trinidad & Tobago. She is people-centered, solutions-oriented, structured and organized, quality-driven and strives for a zero say-do gap.
She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA – the global body for professional accountants), a Member in Audit Practice of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad & Tobago (ICATT), an Axiogenics™ Certified Partner Coach, and is accredited by EMCC Global to practice as a coach/mentor at the Practitioner level.
In 1995 she founded the small full-service accounting firm, Joseph, Caddle & Associates which developed the brand name JCA and went through several periods of evolution. JCA Management & Consulting Services Limited is an offspring of the original JCA brand.
Debbie’s organizational and development specialties include Change enablement, Competency Development, Family Businesses, Succession Planning and Transition, New Leader Development, Strategy and execution, Workplace relationships, Quality Management, Systems and Procedures, and Business Continuity. With clients she functions in the roles of Navigator, Trainer, Mentor, Coach, and Advisor, shifting seamlessly from one to the other as the engagement warrants, to be able to maximize value for all concerned and to guide the process forward.
She is also a Director of WE Talent and Resources Limited, writes on Conscious Business and Contemplative Living via her personal blog, and serves on the Faculty of the Foundation for Human Development.
